- Is my input stored?
- The text you enter here is sent to the AI to generate the note and isn't saved to a client record — this is a one-off tool. Inside the full TouchTrace app, notes are stored securely per client behind row-level security so only you can read them.
- Should I review the generated note?
- Always. AI can misread your input or miss nuance. Treat the output as a first draft, read it through, and edit anything that doesn't match what actually happened in the session before using it in a record.
