The service

TouchTrace is a documentation tool that helps massage therapists record session notes, draft SOAP notes and progress summaries with AI assistance, and track client progress. It is a documentation aid, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical, legal, or professional advice.

Your account and your clients

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything recorded under your account. You are also responsible for the client information you enter — including having any consent your local laws require before recording a client's health information, and for using that information lawfully.

AI-generated content

TouchTrace uses AI to draft notes and summaries from the information you provide. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It is provided as a draft for you to review, edit, and approve using your professional judgment. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you keep. Do not rely on an AI draft you have not reviewed.

Plans and billing

TouchTrace offers a free plan with a monthly limit on saved sessions and a paid Pro plan that removes the limit. Payment for Pro is handled manually (for example via Payoneer or USDT): you send payment, email us proof along with your account email, and we activate Pro on your account. Pro is month-to-month — if you do not send the next period's payment, your account returns to the free plan. Because payments are manual and processed outside an automated billing system, we do not offer automatic refunds; if something went wrong with a payment, contact us and we will sort it out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use TouchTrace for anything unlawful or to store data you have no right to store;
• attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts;
• resell or redistribute the service without our permission, or abuse the free public tools or free plan to evade limits.

Your data and cancellation

Your clients and notes remain accessible while your account is active, on either plan. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep TouchTrace available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping your own records as your regulations require; do not rely on TouchTrace as your only copy of information you are legally required to retain.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TouchTrace is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above. Continuing to use TouchTrace after a change means you accept the updated terms.
