For massage therapists
Finish your massage documentation in 60 seconds
Speak naturally after a session. TouchTrace turns your words into a structured SOAP note, then keeps the client's history and progress organized — massage therapy documentation software built for the way you actually work.
No card required. Free plan included.
From spoken words to saved note
Four steps, one continuous flow: voice → structured note → client history → progress.
Speak naturally after a session
Tap record and describe what you did, the way you'd tell a colleague. No forms, no typing between clients.
AI writes the SOAP note
Your words become a structured Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan — ready to review in seconds.
Track progress over time
Every note is saved to the client's history. Plain-English summaries show how they're progressing across visits.
Keep the full treatment history
Tag treatment areas on an interactive body diagram and keep intake, notes, and progress together in one place.
What TouchTrace does
Everything a massage practice needs to document sessions and track client progress — nothing it doesn't.
Voice capture
Speak naturally after a session instead of starting from a blank form. Uses the speech recognition built into modern browsers.
SOAP note generation
AI structures the session into Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan — consistent every time, ready for you to review.
Client documentation
Keep every client's records and sessions organized in one place, from intake details through their latest visit.
Treatment history
See previous sessions and treatment information together, most recent first, so a client's whole arc is one scroll away.
Progress tracking
Plain-English progress summaries read across past sessions to show how a client is changing over time.
Interactive body map
Tag the areas you treated on a front/back body diagram and connect physical zones to the client's treatment history.

Frequently asked questions
- How does the 60-second workflow work?
- After a session you speak your notes out loud for a minute or so. TouchTrace transcribes and structures them into a SOAP note automatically, so you review and save instead of writing from scratch. Most notes are done before your next client is on the table.
- Do I have to type anything?
- No. Voice is the primary way in — you talk, TouchTrace writes. You can always edit the draft by hand before saving, but you don't have to type a note from a blank page.
- Is my client data private?
- Yes. TouchTrace stores each therapist's clients and sessions behind row-level security, so you can only ever read or change your own records. Data is stored in a managed Postgres database over encrypted connections. You should still follow your local regulations for health record retention and consent.
- Can I try it for free?
- Yes. The free plan includes 8 sessions a month with all AI features — SOAP notes and progress summaries — plus voice capture, the body diagram, and unlimited saved clients. No card required. Upgrade to Pro ($12/month) for unlimited sessions and export.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. TouchTrace runs in the browser on your phone, tablet, or computer. There's no app to install and updates are automatic. Voice capture uses the speech recognition already built into modern browsers.
- Can I edit or delete a session after saving?
- Yes. Every session can be edited or deleted, and deleting a session removes all of its data cleanly. You're always in control of your records.
