Each session you save counts as one. The free plan includes 8 saved sessions per rolling 30-day window, with all AI features — SOAP notes and progress summaries — included. Pro removes the limit entirely.

What happens if I hit the free limit?

You keep full access to your saved clients and notes — nothing is locked. You just can't save a new session until your 30-day window rolls forward, or until you upgrade to Pro for unlimited sessions.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan needs no card and no payment details — create an account and start documenting. You only share payment information when you choose to upgrade to Pro.

How do I pay for Pro?

Payment is handled manually via Payoneer or crypto (USDT). Send your payment, email us your account email plus a screenshot of the payment, and we activate Pro on your account within 24 hours.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro is month-to-month — simply don't send the next month's payment and your account returns to the free plan. Your clients and notes always stay accessible.
